Toys are delivered to your door so you always have enrichment ready when your dog needs it. Delivery available in Sherwood Park, Edmonton, and Fort Saskatchewan with scheduled weekly routes.

Deposit Notice.
A one-time $50 Toy Deposit & Setup Fee is required for new members.
This deposit covers the enrichment toys used in the program. Toys remain the property of Pup Culture Canines and must be returned when cancelling your subscription.

Your enrichment toys are delivered to your door each week. When we deliver your new set of toys, we will collect the previous week’s toys so they can be cleaned, sanitized, and restuffed for the next rotation.

Toys remain the property of Pup Culture Canines as part of this rental program. Lost or damaged toys may incur a replacement fee depending on the toy type.

Yes. All enrichment toys are prepared with dog-safe ingredients. During signup you will be able to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can prepare toys appropriately.

Toys will arrive frozen or ready to freeze. Simply place them in your freezer and give them to your dog whenever you’d like to provide enrichment.

Yes. All toys are thoroughly sanitized between uses before being restuffed and prepared for the next delivery. No need to clean them after your dog is

We use high-quality, non-toxic enrichment toys such as durable rubber puzzle toys designed for stuffing and freezing. These toys are safe, long-lasting, and perfect for food-based enrichment.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your account on our website.
If you need help cancelling, you can also contact us directly and we will assist you.
When cancelling the program, all enrichment toys must be returned. Once toys are returned in good condition, the deposit portion of your Toy Deposit & Setup Fee will be refunded.
